At the Keller Williams Rainbow Network, our mission is to empower LGBTQ+ real estate agents to become better leaders, and most importantly to help them grow bigger businesses, and bigger lives.
We believe that fair and equal access to homeownership is a universal right.
This is why the KW Rainbow Network partners with the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and national associations of LGBTQ real estate professionals to advocate for the rights of the LGBTQ Community as it relates to housing and discriminations laws.
The KW Rainbow Network is committed to serving as a liaison between LGBTQ real estate agents and our company so that we may serve our communities, clients, and agents at the highest level. Part of that pledge includes advocating for support, diversity and inclusion at every step.
